Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions and support management with accurate financial information and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Provide payroll support.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with taxation matters.
• Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain proper accounting records and financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and provide timely reports and sound financial insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a structured organization where you have handled financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, tax compliance, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide accurate financial information and support management with timely reports and insights.
