What the role is: A 6-month paid internship/training program where interns learn Microsoft's technologies and work with customers on digital transformation, cloud, AI, and technology strategy.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and business data to generate insights.
- Help create technical roadmaps and digital transformation plans.
- Map customer needs to Microsoft solutions.
- Support account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consumption goals.
- Coordinate account teams and help identify customer opportunities.
- Assist with technical sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Must be a Kuwaiti national.
- Legally authorized to work in Kuwait.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred:
- Strong interest in technology and customer-focused work.
- Good communication, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Combination of technical and business knowledge.
- Consulting, technical sales, or product development experience is a plus.
