You'll be a trusted day-to-day partner to our pharmaceutical clients, helping bring brand strategy to life through smart, impactful campaigns. Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trust and serving as a go-to partner.

Partner with creative, strategy, medical, and project management teams to deliver impactful HCP and DTC campaigns.

Support brand strategy and ensure deliverables align with client objectives and business goals.

Oversee account activity, timelines, budgets, and scopes while keeping projects on track.

Navigate pharmaceutical marketing processes, including MLR reviews and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities for organic growth and support account leadership in expanding client relationships.

Mentor junior account team members and foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.

Requirements
-
5+ years of account management experience within an advertising agency, including pharmaceutical advertising experience.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical AOR business, HCP/DTC marketing, and MLR processes.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across agency teams.

Experience managing budgets, scopes, and multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to think strategically while keeping an eye on the details.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000
