Account Representative

Location: Lubbock, Texas | Plano, Texas | Remote

Conduct, manage, and document outbound and inbound sales calls and customer inquiries.
Develops and maintains knowledge of Tyler products and services to gain a thorough understanding of products and services as they relate to existing clients.
Successfully builds relationships with existing clients to sell products and services
Contacts clients to determine needs and interest in purchasing additional products and services.
Explains capabilities, answers questions, and researches issues in support of selling additional products and services.
Follows up on leads from internal employees to investigate client issues, questions, etc.
Manages sales cycles from lead generation to close of sale.
Travels to trade shows and/or client sites as needed.
Assists with preparation of RFP responses.
Meets a pre-set annual sales quota.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM software, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous sales experience in the software industry a plus.
Must possess a competitive drive and results-oriented approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills. Previous public speaking experience a plus.
Must be a self-starter in addition to a team player.
Requires a proactive approach to problem solving.
Driven by a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees required.
Must possess general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $64,716 - $70,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
