About the Role
The Account Representative is part of a team delivering best-in-class service to Syracuse University students and families, while maintaining strong financial controls. This role serves as the primary contact for student finance, billing, collections, and Federal Perkins loans, with regular interaction through phone, in-person traffic, and email. What You'll Do
- Provide service to between 800-1,000 students/parents per month via phone, in-person traffic, and email.
- Take incoming calls, set up payment arrangements, respond to emails for traditional and online students.
- Monitor and take action on past-due accounts; coordinate with Financial Aid and Registrar’s Office.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of current student accounts.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collection processes. What We're Looking For
