Job title: Account Representative
About the Role The Account Representative is part of an outstanding team responsible for providing best in class service to students and parents as well as maintaining the unit’s excellent financial controls. This position acts as the primary point of contact to students and parents regarding student finance, billing, and Federal Perkins loans, supporting 800-1,000 inquiries per month via phone, in person, and email.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and work a portfolio of accounts consisting of current and past due tuition, returned checks, Perkins Loans, and other University A/R with the ultimate goal of repayment.
- Locate student/parent via skip tracing methods and place phone calls, send letters and emails, and record and follow up on payment agreements; escalate accounts when there has been no progress.
