Account Representative

Full Time In Office

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to help them resolve account balances and identify payment solutions that fit their financial circumstances. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working toward goals, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment options

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner

• Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in finding workable solutions

• Maintain accurate account documentation and records

• Follow all company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations

• Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer service

• What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related field

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
