About the Role
The Accounts Payable Support will be responsible for providing support to the finance team in the key areas of banking, and accounts payable. Working with our existing banking and accounts payable team members to prepare the functions for the next stage of our business growth.
Objectives and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:

Receive, review, and verify supplier invoices and purchase orders

Match invoices with purchase orders

Enter and code invoices into the accounting system

Schedule and prepare payment runs
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
-
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies
-
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
-
Ensure all payments are approved according to internal policies
-
Prepare recharge invoices to clients for project work
Requirements

Work Experience & Desired Skills Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP - Netsuite preferred

1–3 years of experience in accounts payable
