Job title: Account Partner
About the Role Aily Labs is seeking an Account Partner to join its foundational field sales organization to drive adoption of the Aily Edge and accelerate revenue growth with Fortune 1000–level customers. You will engage C-suite stakeholders across industries, evangelize our AI-driven platform, and lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CEO, CFO, CIO, CDO).
- Be a trusted advisor by understanding the customer business and mapping Aily’s impact to essential goals.
- Persuasively communicate the Aily Edge that speeds value realization and shortens sales cycles.
- Incubate and scale new logos with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrate the Aily Labs App through dynamic, customer-centric product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies.
- Navigate the entire sales cycle from inception to close.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of field sales in SaaS.
- Fortune 1000/C-suite sales experience.
- 100% net new logo acquisition experience.
- Experience selling into one or more: CPG, FMCG, Life Science and Retail, or similar industries.
- Strong book of Fortune 500/1000 enterprise clients in NYC/Northeast.
- Demonstrated multi-year quota attainment with seven-figure deals.
- Strong knowledge of financial practices and trends.
- Passion for technology and digital innovation; fundamental understanding of AI/ML preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with CRM hygiene.
- Independent worker with account ownership; strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Clear communication style and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Bachelor’s in finance, computer science or MBA preferred.
