Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Reconcile sales, POS transactions, cash receipts, and bank statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense documentation.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Assist with stock reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in retail or a supermarket is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and integrity.
