About the Role

Hundred Oak Investment Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage financial records while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and actively following up on receivables to support the company’s cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support monthly financial reporting and account balancing.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Assist in customers debt recovery via calls and messages.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to management when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally, and other basic accounting tools.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
