ACCOUNT OFFICER/FINANCE OFFICER
A & A Global Leasing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer / Finance Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support strategic financial planning. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, financial transactions, and company accounts.
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior management in financial planning, cost analysis, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
