Job Summary

Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional to join our team as an Account Officer. The Account Officer will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and other financial documents.
Monitor income, expenses, and company payments.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
Assist with preparation of financial reports and periodic account statements.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support payroll and other accounting-related activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Assist with audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be resident in or able to conveniently commute to Lagos Mainland.

Salary

N300,000 Monthly.
