Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to): Prepare and analyze financial statements according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. To monitor the use of purchased goods and materials. This helps to protect the company from incurring costs. Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and industry trends. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Responsible for billing activities; getting cheaper rates on all materials required by the company.
