Job Details
Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain professional relationship with clients via face-to-face meetings, e-mail, and telephone correspondence, using good listening and comprehension skills.
- Identify, research, isolate, resolve, and follow up on all reported client issues, escalating more complex issues to management as appropriate.
- Log and manage all open issues.
- Provide basic benefit consulting and training on an ongoing basis and facilitate the resolution of all issues pertaining to the client.
- Ensure that all client deliverables are accurate, delivered, and meet the needs of the client.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- 2-4 years’ PBM or other pharmacy-related experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.
