Account Manager

LoopMe
Chicago, Illinois, United States Posted Oct 20, 2026
Full-time

About this role

Description

  • About LoopMe

  • LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world’s leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

  • We’ve grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we’re building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

  • The opportunity

  • We are looking for a client-focused and commercially driven Account Manager to drive customer success, retention, and account growth across a portfolio of advertisers and agencies. You will own your portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives while identifying opportunities to expand the value LoopMe provides. You will report to a Director, Account Management and partner closely with Sales, Campaign Operations, Product, Data Science, and other specialist teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term growth.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships across your active account portfolio

  • Own campaign delivery, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives

  • Provide strategic insights, campaign analysis, and recommendations to clients

  • Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities using campaign results

  • Partner with Sales and Account Leads on retention and account growth initiatives

  • Lead campaign kick-off calls and post-campaign reviews

  • Coordinate campaign project management with Campaign Operations and Creative Services

  • Escalate client needs — product gaps, supply issues, third-party partnership requests — to the Director of Account Management

Requirements

  • What you’ll bring

Essential:

  • 2–3+ years in a client services role within digital advertising

  • Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with interest in campaign analytics

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing programmatic revenue (e.g. agency trading desk, DSP, or SSP)

  • Familiarity with ad agency organization and workflows

  • Exposure to ad operations and troubleshooting

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
