About the Role Independent role managing the full sales cycle for Veralto's solar & renewable energy vertical, from lead generation and solution design to commercial negotiations and order closure. Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with major clients across EPCs, developers, regulators, module manufacturers, tracker OEMs, and testing/certification bodies.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage full sales cycle for the solar & renewable energy vertical—from lead generation and solution design to commercial negotiations and order closure.
- Maintain and grow relationships with major clients including EPCs, developers, regulators, leading module manufacturers, tracker OEMs, and certification/testing institutions.
- Manage existing channel partners (systems integrators, distributors, resellers) and proactively identify and onboard new partners; Drive channel coverage across the full lifecycle of solar projects from construction to long-term O&M; ensure activities comply with company policies and onboarding procedures.
- Independently handle project quotations, pricing approvals, discount applications, and framework agreement negotiations; maintain accurate sales pipeline data in SFDC; manage price change communications with channel partners and end customers; leverage tools to drive continuous business improvement.
- Represent the company at core industry exhibitions for client engagement, product promotion, and lead generation; collect and report competitive intelligence and market trends to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- 8+ years of sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry; candidates with a renewable energy background strongly preferred.
- Established relationships with major players in the solar value chain (EPCs, module manufacturers, tracker OEMs, testing institutions, or system integrators).
- Proven ability to independently manage project quotations, contract negotiations, and framework agreements.
- Fluency in Mandarin; strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate with international teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated potential to grow into a people manager in the coming years; prior people management experience is a plus.
- MNC background preferred; willingness to travel frequently; ability to travel across China.

Nice to Have
- Experience with mature PV industry channel networks; candidates with established channel resources are strongly preferred.
