Job Summary

- We are looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Account Manager to join our experiential marketing agency. In this role, you will be the ultimate bridge between our clients and our creative/production teams, leading campaigns from the initial pitch right through to live on-site execution.

What You’ll Do

Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary partner for top-tier brands, deeply understanding their business goals and translating them into killer experiential briefs.

Lead Live Activations: Oversee the end-to-end execution of pop-ups, festivals, product launches, and B2B events, ensuring everything rolls out flawlessly on-site.

Collaborate Internationally & Internally: Work closely with our internal designers, copywriters, and technical production crews to bring creative concepts to life.

Drive Financial Success: Manage project budgets, negotiate with vendors, track profitability, and identify opportunities to grow your accounts.

Deliver Insights: Analyze campaign performance against client KPIs and present impactful post-event wrap-up reports.

Who You Are

Experienced: You have 3–5 years of account management experience strictly within an experiential marketing, event production, or creative agency environment.

A Master Project Manager: You know how to build a timeline, stick to a budget, and manage moving parts without breaking a sweat.

Calm Under Pressure: Live events are unpredictable. You excel at real-time problem-solving and keep a cool head when challenges arise on-site.

An Exceptional Communicator: You are a natural presenter who can command a room and pitch ideas with passion and clarity.

Adaptable: You are ready to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on our event schedule.
