This role exposes the associate to technical water treatment problem-solving and fundamentals of customer selling, with tasks assigned on accounts within an established territory.
What You'll Do
- With guidance, create, improve, and implement innovative sales strategies to drive ChemTreat’s position and increase share within the assigned geography.
- Begin to develop key relationships with customers: identify decision makers, research prospects, cold call with a senior staff member, frequent follow up, implement strategic questioning, and identify customers’ needs.
