About the Role The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue and market share for Leica Biosystems products and services from customers in parts of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia, actively managing existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and sales potential. What You'll Do
- Own and achieve the order and sales targets in designated sales territory and accounts.
- Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visits and relationship management.
- Develop account-based sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer and end user needs.
- Proactively manage existing sales pipelines through to a successful close.
- Provide timely and accurate forecast for orders and sales and contribute to daily management as required. What We're Looking For
