Account Manager I
- Do you have at least 5 years of experience communicating with healthcare executives/physicians and 6+ years in healthcare account management or practice management?
- Briefly describe your experience working with Value-Based Care (VBC) contracts or quality metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STARs, shared savings). What is one key strategy you’ve used to help a practice improve these metrics?
- Tell us about a time you had to deliver tough performance data to a skeptical doctor or healthcare leader. How did you gain their trust and motivate them to change their workflow?
- Travel expectations: able to commit to approximately 20-25% regional travel, typically one visit per month to each assigned account for check-ins lasting 1-3 days (often day trips), to support health systems and medical practices in this region?
