About the Role
At Atlassian we’re expanding investments to support our largest, most strategic customers. Our Account Management team owns retention and accelerates expansion, delivering value across Atlassian’s product portfolio, and partnering with the Global Sales Team to grow the Total Book of Business. In this role you’ll deepen executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to navigate complex enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do

Accelerate revenue growth by leveraging existing customer footprints to maximize expansion via a tops-down, solution-oriented approach.

Develop senior and executive relationships over video conferences and in-person meetings.

Manage high-value renewals & expansions across a sizable product portfolio.

Own growth opportunity management and sales cycles end-to-end.

Partner with our Sales team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through competitive, market and whitespace analysis.

Increase customer awareness of Atlassian’s product portfolio to discover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers and our solution partners.

Forecasting accountability for your owned book of business.

In the first 90 days you’ll: a) Manage time effectively and prioritize among competing opportunities; b) Execute creative approaches to evolve best practices; c) Demonstrate excellence in discovery and engage with curiosity to identify opportunity; d) Lead sales cycles end-to-end and build credibility with stakeholders; e) Collaborate with global stakeholders as a team player; f) Maintain a customer-first mindset and influence outcomes; g) Communicate effectively while driving expansion efforts; h) Strategically review the global account footprint to maximize growth and retention; i) Act as a change agent, continuously learning and applying feedback.

What We're Looking For

Five+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success or related areas.

Ability to establish rapport and build trust across a wide variety of countries and cultures via phone and video.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Experience managing high-revenue, enterprise-level customer engagements.

Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles (preferred).

Experience managing through change and transformations.

Nice to Have

Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products across a global account footprint.

Experience working with Channel Partners & GSIs to retain and grow accounts.

Experience using Salesforce, Clari and Tableau.

Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities and project growth trajectories.
