Job Description

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned advertisers and agencies.
• Onboard brands and agencies onto the platform.
• Understand clients’ campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets and deliverables.
• Review campaign briefs before they go live.
• Ensure campaigns are correctly structured and communicated to creators.
• Support advertisers in selecting suitable creators.
• Monitor campaign progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between advertisers, creators and internal teams.
• Resolve campaign-related issues and escalations.
• Track campaign performance and provide clients with updates.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities for clients to run additional campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Gather client feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities.
