Account Manager, Digital Sales (ebooks and Audiobooks)

Reporting to the person responsible for digital sales, you will be responsible for the management and development of some of the main digital ebook and audio channels (retail and librarians), maximizing visibility, commercial performance and sustainable growth of the digital business.

What will be your main responsibilities? Manage and develop the digital ebook and audio accounts (Amazon, Apple, Google, Casa del Libro, library platforms, among others). Analyze and continuously monitor sales figures, identifying growth opportunities and optimization. Coordinate monthly campaigns, promotions and visibility actions for new releases as well as catalog backstore. Present monthly novelties to channels and negotiate their positioning. Conduct annual Business Reviews with clients. Act as the point of contact between channels and internal teams (marketing and communications, audiobooks, metadata and operations, etc.). Coordinate with marketing the implementation and monitoring of digital campaigns. Analyze the impact of commercial and promotional actions in each channel. Participate in periodic follow-up and planning meetings.

Requirements

• What we would like to see in you?
• University degree in ADE, Marketing or similar.
• Previous 1-2 years experience in account management, ecommerce or digital marketing.
• High level of English.
• Advanced Excel. Data analysis tools (Power BI) will be valued.
• Person oriented to results and with commercial vision.
• Excellent communication skills.
