Job title: Account Manager

About the Role The Account Manager at Concentrix oversees the management of complex client accounts and develops processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs. The role also manages the client’s customers end-to-end by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships with the existing customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the management of complex client accounts and develop processes to ensure favorable client relationships and meet operational needs.
  • Manage the client’s customers end-to-end by renewing, expanding, and converting service relationships with existing customer base.
  • Call upon existing client customers to assess opportunities, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable.
  • Ensure client’s customers are satisfied with our client’s services and resolve escalated issues.
  • Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth goals.
  • Evaluate client’s customer needs and propose potential solutions.
  • Be a single contact for our client’s customer.
  • Use data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections.
  • Work with multiple partners, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Manage sales territory and achieving monthly quotas.
  • Negotiate in tough situations; identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans.
  • Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales.
  • Use data to help influence buying/renewal process.
  • Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Language requirements: English (Required), Japanese (Required).
  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, and sales with the ability to manage territory and quotas.
  • Strong analytical skills to use data to inform decisions and address customer concerns.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels and work with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to operate onsite in Yokohama, Japan.
