About this role
We are Formunauts – a fast-growing impact company with a clear mission:
We support more than 100 non-profit organizations across Europe and Latin America in achieving their goals – including Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International, WWF, and Greenpeace.
In short: With our F2F fundraising software and tailored managed campaigns, we ensure fundraising campaigns reach their full potential.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive sales talent with drive, initiative, and a genuine passion for winning new partners. Whether you bring B2B sales experience or a proven track record in high-velocity B2C direct sales: you know how to start conversations, understand customer needs, and guide deals through to closing.
What You’ll Do
-
Active Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to new customers across Europe via targeted cold outreach.
-
Inbound Lead Qualification: Systematically qualify and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
-
Demos & Closing: Deliver compelling software presentations (online and on-site) and steer the sales cycle through to closing.
-
Market Research: Analyze existing and new markets to identify new outreach potential and target groups.
-
Process Optimization: Help refine and scale our sales workflows, pipeline stages, and outreach structures in HubSpot.
-
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate lead campaigns with Marketing and ensure a seamless handover of closed deals to our Customer Success team.
-
Events & Fairs: Represent Formunauts at industry conferences, congresses, and client meetings to build long-term relationships and generate leads.
What You Bring
-
Passion for Sales: Strong drive, self-motivation, high persuasive power, and a clear closing mindset.
-
Sales Experience: First practical experience in B2B sales – alternatively, a solid background in direct, high-velocity B2C sales environments (such as Face-to-Face fundraising or direct sales) is highly welcome.
-
Strong Communication: Confident demeanor, active listening skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
-
Affinity for Tech: Curiosity about software solutions and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and present them clearly.
-
Willingness to Travel: Openness to occasional national and international travel for trade fairs, events, and client meetings.
-
Language Skills: Fluent German and business-fluent English are required; additional European languages (such as Spanish, French, or Italian) are a distinct plus.
What We Offer
-
Purpose-Driven Work: A sales role promoting solutions that directly empower organizations like Doctors Without Borders, Greenpeace, and Amnesty International.
-
High Autonomy: Direct ownership of your sales activities, fast decisions, and direct reporting lines to the Managing Directors.
-
Structured Growth: Onboarding, hands-on sparring, and room to actively shape the future of our sales operations.
-
Modern Workplace: Central office in Vienna’s 1st District, flexible working hours, and regular hybrid/remote options.
The minimum base salary starts at € 3,500 gross per month (€ 49,000 gross per year on a full-time 38.5-hour basis, paid 14 times per year under Austrian regulations), plus an attractive performance-based commission model. Overpayment is available based on your individual qualifications and relevant experience.
