As an Account Executive, you are a motivated sales professional with strong programmatic and CTV knowledge and a consultative sales mindset. This role is ideal for a revenue-driven seller who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the evolving programmatic landscape.
Results Driven: Meet or exceed established revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Manage a designated programmatic sales pipeline including prospecting, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned agency and advertiser accounts. Build and maintain momentum across active opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Programmatic Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, PMP marketplaces, and direct buying strategies. Stay current on industry trends through events, training, and trade publications. Confidently communicate Paramount’s programmatic capabilities and value proposition to clients and agencies. Share marketplace insights internally to support team success.
