As an Account Executive on the Local Ad Sales team at CBS, you will sell across our full O&O portfolio. What You'll Do
- Sell across the full O&O portfolio across CBS local properties and Paramount’s broader ecosystem, maximizing cross-screen opportunities.
- Develop and grow advertiser relationships, identify opportunities, and close multi-market deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver integrated, multi-screen campaigns across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while representing the CBS Stations portfolio with integrity and excellence. What We're Looking For
- Broadcast/local TV ad sales experience with a track record of growing accounts and closing multi-screen, cross-platform opportunities.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-starter with a growth mindset. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CBS Stations portfolio and Paramount+ along with experience selling across broadcast, digital, and streaming platforms.
