About the Role Account Executive responsible for selling Cyera's enterprise-wide cloud data security and data risk management solutions. Full-cycle sales to prospects and customers, partnering with a Sales Engineer to map Cyera’s technology to customer pain points. What You'll Do
- Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close and develop a detailed territory plan with forecasting.
- Create and deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value discussions with executives (CISO, CDO, CPO, CIO).
- Build executive relationships and negotiate/close with new and existing customers.
- Grow Cyera’s presence with alliance and channel partners.
- Attend marketing events, conferences, and industry events; collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executives to align strategy.
- Understand and embody Cyera’s ethos and market presence; travel as needed up to ~50% depending on sales cycle. What We're Looking For
- Results-oriented with a track record of overachievement in large deals in a hyper-growth startup.
- Minimum 8 years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500.
- Proficient in value-based solution selling; focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building; strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security, and data risk.
- Preference for candidates with cloud security, data, or AI sales background.
- Basic understanding of data security and compliance frameworks; familiarity with qualification frameworks and sales forecasting/tools.
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environments and travel ~50% as needed. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $300,000-$360,000 (total compensation; may include incentives, equity, or benefits).
- Benefits include remote work with office setup reimbursement, unlimited PTO, paid holidays and sick time, health/vision/dental, life and disability insurance. The final amount is determined at Cyera’s discretion.
