Account Executive, Mid-Market (Teams & Independent Brokerages)

Rechat Inc
Remote (Austin, TX, United States) Posted Nov 4, 2026
Full-timeRemote

About this role

Rechat is the operating system for real estate. Marketing, CRM, transactions, listings and AI in a single product, replacing the disconnected stack of tools most agents are forced to stitch together.

We partner with brokerages, teams and agents across North America to modernize how real estate is marketed, managed and transacted. Some of the largest brokerages and networks on the continent run their business on us, and tens of thousands of agents use Rechat every week.

We have spent the last two years rebuilding the product to be AI-native, and we are growing quickly.

**REMOTE (U.S.), BUSINESS HOURS ALIGNED TO CENTRAL TIME

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive who knows how to build their own pipeline, move quickly and close a high volume of SaaS deals with real estate teams and independent brokerages.

Rechat has established relationships with some of the largest real estate organizations in North America. Now we're focused on expanding our presence among SMB and mid-market real estate teams and independent brokerages looking to modernize how they operate.

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will own opportunities from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation and close. You will work with team leaders, independent brokers and other decision-makers who are evaluating how technology can help them grow their businesses, improve agent productivity and simplify operations. Deals move quickly, so speed and follow-through matter.

We're looking for someone who has done this before. Someone who consistently hits quota, knows how to create opportunities rather than wait for them, and understands how to sell business outcomes instead of product features.

This is not a role for someone who needs a fully built sales machine to succeed. You will have support from marketing, product and customer success, but you are expected to take ownership of your pipeline, your deals and your number. We get inbound leads, but BDR support is limited today, so you will be responsible for filling your own calendar through your own prospecting. You will report to the VP of Agent & Team Revenue, with some travel to industry events.

What You'll Own:

  • The revenue number. Own and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.
  • Full-cycle sales. Manage opportunities from initial outreach and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing. Respond quickly to inbound leads and keep deals moving through a short sales cycle.
  • Pipeline generation. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, inbound opportunities and strategic account targeting. You are responsible for filling your own calendar. Inbound and BDR meetings add to that work, they don't replace it.
  • SMB & Mid-Market Accounts . Identify and close opportunities with SMB and mid-market real estate teams and independent brokerages.
  • Consultative discovery. Understand how prospective customers operate today, where their existing technology falls short and what measurable value Rechat can deliver.
  • Product demonstrations. Deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations that connect Rechat's CRM, marketing, transaction management and AI capabilities to customer needs. Websites are also part of what you sell, including to teams not yet on Rechat, though they are not the main focus of the role.
  • Stakeholder management. Build relationships with team leaders, brokers and other decision-makers, and move deals forward quickly.
  • Deal strategy and execution. Set clear next steps, manage objections, maintain momentum and negotiate agreements that create long-term customer value.
  • Forecasting and pipeline discipline. Maintain accurate CRM records, realistic close dates, next steps and reliable forecasts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with marketing, product, implementation and customer success to improve conversion, ensure successful handoffs and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Market feedback. Bring customer insights, competitive intelligence and recurring objections back to the team to help shape our positioning and go-to-market strategy.

What You Bring:

Be prepared to walk us through your sales experience, performance and specific deals in detail.

  • Proven SaaS sales performance. 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including experience in high-volume, short-cycle sales and owning and closing SMB or mid-market deals.
  • Consistent quota attainment. A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You can clearly explain your quotas, average deal sizes, sales cycles and results.
  • Full-cycle ownership. You have personally prospected, qualified, demonstrated, negotiated and closed deals. You are not dependent on SDRs or inbound leads to generate your pipeline.
  • Strong discovery skills. You know how to uncover business challenges, quantify impact, identify buying motivations and build urgency without relying on high-pressure tactics.
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders. You know how to identify decision-makers, build internal champions and navigate purchasing decisions involving several people.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. You can explain complex software clearly, tailor your message to different audiences and make the value immediately relevant.
  • Commercial judgment. You understand deal economics, qualification, pricing conversations, negotiation and when to walk away from an opportunity.
  • Pipeline management. You run a disciplined sales process, maintain accurate CRM data and understand how conversion rates, pipeline coverage and sales velocity affect results.
  • Strong outbound capabilities. You know how to identify target accounts, create personalized outreach and generate conversations with decision-makers. You have filled your own calendar before and can show us how.
  • A consultative approach. You sell solutions and measurable outcomes, not feature lists. You can explain why a customer bought, why another didn't and what you learned.
  • Comfort with technology and AI. You are fluent with modern sales tools and use AI to improve research, prospecting, preparation and productivity.
  • Clear communication. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to engage business owners and senior leaders.
  • Ownership and adaptability. You are resourceful, accountable and comfortable operating in a growing company where processes continue to evolve.
  • Real estate SaaS experience is strongly preferred. Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, business management or vertical SaaS platforms is highly relevant.

Probably Not the Right Fit If:

  • Your experience is primarily account management or customer success rather than new business acquisition.
  • You rely almost entirely on inbound leads or SDR-generated meetings.
  • You want to work a few large deals a quarter rather than a high volume of deals each month.
  • You are uncomfortable prospecting and building your own pipeline.
  • You prefer selling through discounts rather than demonstrating business value.
  • You need a highly structured environment with every process, playbook and resource already established.
  • You struggle with CRM discipline, forecasting or consistent follow-through.
  • You are more interested in managing people than personally closing deals.

How You Work:

  • Clear, direct written communication. Internal coordination happens in Slack and project tools.
  • Comfortable in a CRM as an operator, not just a reviewer. HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Proactive, organized and accountable. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen next.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Curious about customers, technology and the evolving real estate industry.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a consistent drive to improve your performance.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Fully remote with flexible work/life balance
  • A diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture
  • Meaningful work with a product used by real professionals every day
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
