About this role
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale ElevenLabs' public sector business across North America. This role is about defining the government GTM motion from the ground up, shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI. You will work directly with the founders, product, and the revenue team to identify high-impact use cases, build the pipeline, and close strategic deals. Success comes from combining deep public sector expertise with a builder mindset, establishing our presence in the market and shaping the long-term government strategy. What You'll Do
