Job title: Account Executive
About the Role Account Executive at iHeart Media, responsible for growing client partnerships by leveraging iHeart’s broadcast and digital marketing products. You’ll identify new business opportunities, conduct in-person meetings, and deliver data-driven sales presentations to help clients achieve their goals. You’ll work with internal teams to drive revenue and create campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
What You'll Do
- Learn and sell iHeart's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products; identify and develop new business through in-person meetings, research, and daily cold-calling.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver data-driven sales presentations.
- Use storytelling to meet client expectations and manage relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude; excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; persuasive communicator.
- Goal-oriented, expert negotiator, proactive; able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and outreach for lead generation.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required.
- Natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks based on priorities.
- Additional: willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic media environment.
- Additional nice-to-haves include experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns, analytics experience, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, and being well-connected in the market.
