About the Role Account Executive at iHeart will learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue for clients across our platforms. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach with strong storytelling and client service.
What You'll Do
- Learn and sell iHeart's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products; identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and research.
- Conduct consistent daily cold-calling and nurture existing business using our full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver data-driven sales presentations that meet client expectations.
- Use storytelling to communicate value and tailor recommendations to client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude; excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; persuasive communication.
- Goal-oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive; able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach for lead generation.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, vehicle; High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required; ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day based on priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns.
- Analytics experience.
- iHeart and/or audio advertising background.
- Well-connected in the market.
