About the Role The Account Executive role at iHeartMedia focuses on driving revenue via Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products by identifying new business opportunities and delivering data-driven campaigns. You will work with clients and internal partners to create compelling marketing solutions and help clients achieve measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold-calling; cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling fueled by data to deliver compelling sales presentations that meet client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills; persuasive communicator.
- Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation.
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms; digital/media sales experience a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize day-to-day activities; well-connected in the market.

- Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns.
- Analytics experience.
