About the Role
The Employee Benefits Client Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts. In partnership with the Production Team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner. What You'll Do

Lead strategic planning and consultation for client benefit programs; ensure programs comply with regulatory requirements; analyze claims data using intermediate underwriting knowledge and provide explanations to client and internal team.

Direct the renewal process for all lines of coverage; negotiate rate renewals and recommend carrier changes or alternative funding arrangements; oversee service teams' project management, claims escalation and resolution.

Collaborate with a Client Service Associate to verify accuracy of presentation spreadsheets by comparing carrier proposals and assist in assembling formal proposals for clients.

Develop strong carrier and vendor relationships to support negotiation and advocacy during placement and renewal; coordinate with internal subject matter experts to identify current and emerging markets and deliver solutions aligned with client goals; commit to ongoing learning.

Develop and deliver client communications, including presentations, to inform on benefits legislation, compliance, industry trends, and new products.

Field inquiries from clients and employees about coverage, contracts, COBRA, HIPAA, S125, and other regulatory topics; make routine service calls to address service issues and demonstrate commitment to superior service.

Complete annual Stewardship Reports and quarterly Claims Utilization Reviews; provide technology support and conduct annual open enrollment meetings; plan enrollment strategies and educational materials.

Track activities, client history, communications, and documentation within the agency system; maintain knowledge of and comply with agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Monitor continuing education requirements for licensing; attend classes; accept coaching from supervisors in alignment with agency policies.

Florida 2-15 Life & Health License Required; Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant agency experience or equivalent.

Demonstrates above-average business acumen related to strategy execution, interdependencies, and decision consequences.

Positive mindset with the ability to optimize performance through collaboration; adaptable under stress and capable of developing improvement strategies.

Advanced skills with MS Office Suite; strong written and oral communication with active listening and solution-focused approach.
