Account Executive - Core Lab

About the Role Account Executive - Core Lab responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts (hospital and reference laboratories) within the Greater Boston area. The role focuses on capital equipment and Roche’s chemistry, immunoassay and automation products, along with building durable relationships and quantifying economic value for customers. What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted hospital and reference laboratory accounts across the assigned territory (Greater Boston).
• Develop new business and nurture relationships with decision makers; conduct 10–15 in-person sales calls per week; overnight travel as needed.
• Deliver value quantification presentations and communicate Roche differentiators (chemistry, immunoassay, and automation).
• Prepare and present contract proposals; negotiate to maximize profitability; coordinate with internal teams to prepare reagent and capital equipment proposals.
• Conduct territory planning and routing; network with internal and external stakeholders; stay engaged with industry/customer organizations. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years relevant sales experience; accelerated development programs may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Greater Boston territory.
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years experience in the Diagnostics industry; 5 years preferred; 3+ years selling capital equipment and laboratory equipment into Hospitals and Reference Laboratories; 5 years preferred.
• Experience in complex sales environments with demonstrated success; strong negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills. Nice to Have
• 3–5 years experience in Diagnostics; 5 years preferred.
• Additional examples of selling capital equipment and laboratory equipment in hospitals or reference labs. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $91,000 - $169,000 (USD) based on location/experience; eligible for incentive compensation per plan.
