About the Role BSport is hiring an Account Executive for the Benelux market to help fitness and wellness businesses grow with technology. You will work directly with studio owners and operators, building relationships, running demos, and closing deals to drive growth and enhance client experiences in the fitness and wellness space. What You'll Do
- Managing and closing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Running engaging and consultative product demonstrations.
- Understanding client challenges and identifying business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with studio owners and decision-makers.
- Handling objections confidently and guiding prospects through the buying journey.
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing new business.
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborating closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Becoming a trusted advisor and product expert for your market. What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced startup, with an SDR/BDR background and product demo skills.
- A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Have native level in Dutch and proficiency in English.
- A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results.
- Collaborative mindset to ensure the platform’s success with clients and across internal teams. Nice to Have
