About the job
We are hiring two Founding Account Executives - AI Solutions who can drive revenue, own customer outcomes, and help shape how AI is deployed in real-world customer operations.
You will be responsible for selling Retention Express's omnichannel AI customer engagement platform, while staying close to the customer to ensure success, adoption, and long-term value.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
- Sell consultative AI customer engagement solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes
- Build and manage a pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market businesses across membership, subscription, automotive, home services, healthcare, legal, property management, and other high-volume consumer service industries
