We're looking for an Account Executive who wants to sell a product with a clear mission and an immediate, measurable impact on our customers.
The role
You'll own the full sales process, from the first conversation through a signed agreement. You'll learn how each prospect recruits today, uncover where that process is breaking down, and show them how FactoryFix can deliver a more consistent flow of qualified candidates.
This is a consultative role. The best person for it will be curious, commercially sharp, and comfortable talking with everyone from staffing-firm owners to talent leaders and manufacturing executives.
What you'll doYou'll run discovery calls, deliver compelling product demonstrations, build business cases, manage follow-up, negotiate agreements, and close new customers. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to sharpen our message and help customers get value quickly.
You'll also bring the voice of the market back to the company. What you learn in sales conversations will directly influence how we position and improve the product.
What we're looking for
You have experience closing new business, preferably in SaaS, recruiting technology, staffing, HR technology, or a related field. You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how to connect a customer's problem to measurable business value.
You're organized without being rigid, competitive without being selfish, and resilient without losing your curiosity. Most importantly, you take ownership. You don't wait for perfect conditions to move a deal forward.
