- Forecast accurately, maintain CRM records, and report weekly progress.

Essential Requirements

8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.

Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and exceed targets.

Strong discovery, demo, and value messaging skills.

Negotiation proficiency and ability to navigate procurement.

Time management and prioritization across multiple opportunities.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $266,000 - $344,000 (Base + Commissions).
