About the Role
The Account Delivery Lead oversees strategy, governance, and delivery across an account to maximize revenue, optimize costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will lead planning, contract compliance, and resource optimization with senior stakeholders and clients. What You'll Do

Provide strategic and operational plans with senior stakeholders and clients; plan for coming years and identify new geographies for revenue streams; map revenues with client country needs.

Collaborate with clients and internal leaders, participate in Wipro leadership planning meetings, and report status to the global delivery account head.

Ensure contract compliance and adherence; meet all SLA parameters, maintain a green card, drive actions on audit findings, and monitor delivery parameters for quality within budget and timelines.

Lead delivery governance; understand customer goals and KPIs, monitor dashboards, share performance with stakeholders, manage escalations, and prevent revenue leakage; ensure invoicing per contract terms; forecast metrics.

Invoicing: ensure timely invoicing, provide required information, resolve client issues, support RFP responses and capability demos, participate in customer calls to sell solutions.

Identify quick-win automation opportunities; collect and analyze statistics; assume budgeting and expense tracking responsibilities.

Maintain outstanding performance against key metrics; maintain contract compliance cadence; drive quality; coordinate with delivery leads to protect margins; conduct weekly WFM calls for resource planning and compliance.

Resource Allocation & Retention: conduct resource planning to maximize productivity; monitor fulfillment and costs; optimize manpower; drive retention via trainings and certifications; engage with delivery teams to improve stickiness; collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Compensation: The expected compensation ranges from $150,000 to $230,000 (USD) with standard Wipro benefits; post-offer drug screening may apply; equal opportunity employer. What We're Looking For

Proven experience in account leadership, delivery governance, contract management, and revenue optimization.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills; ability to forecast, budget, and manage invoicing.

Deep understanding of SLAs, dashboards/MIS, quality metrics, and risk management; ability to drive process improvements and governance.

Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams; capable of managing escalations and resolving issues across geographies.

Flexible and adaptable to work with multiple geographies and client needs. Nice to Have
