About the Role The Access & Reimbursement Manager leads market access activities for Immunology products in the assigned region, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize payer engagement and access.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional access and reimbursement strategies for Immunology products.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to shape payer value propositions.
- Prepare and submit evidence for payer submissions and negotiations.
- Monitor policy changes and payer requirements; adapt strategies accordingly.
- Engage with external stakeholders and payers as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in health care access and reimbursement, preferably in Immunology or related therapeutic areas.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of payer landscapes, coding, coverage, and reimbursement processes.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in US market access environment; knowledge of FDA regulations and payer policies.
- International exposure.
