Job title: Access & Reimbursement Manager, Allergy, South Jersey
About the Role The Access & Reimbursement Manager for the Allergy portfolio in South Jersey will work within Novartis Marketing to drive payer access and value demonstration for our products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure patients in the region have timely access to therapies and that payer requirements are incorporated into the product strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement regional access and reimbursement strategies for the Allergy portfolio in South Jersey.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and other stakeholders to optimize payer coverage and patient access.
- Support pricing, contracting, and reimbursement activities; prepare economic and outcomes evidence to support formulary submissions.
- Engage with payer organizations and maintain relationships to anticipate and address access barriers.
- Monitor payer landscape, guidelines, and policy changes; translate insights into action.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in market access, payer communications, or reimbursement in the US; knowledge of payer processes and formulary submissions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment and handle stakeholder expectations.
