About the Role The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) at Bosch Celaya is a structured, 18- to 24-month development program designed to build a strong local talent pipeline for critical positions. It targets external local Mexican professionals, offering rotations across locations, departments, and roles. You are hired as a full-time Bosch employee from day one with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other associate, and you’ll develop a 360-degree view of Bosch operations through structured rotations and mentorship. What You'll Do
- Follow the two strategic pillars of ADP:
- Cost Accounting Specialist: analyze financial impacts from material changes in products, report budget variances and monitor cost targets for key plant products, participate in Master Plan development and annual product costing calculations, and present financial results to the Business Unit.
- Strategic Budget Partner: evaluate continuous improvement projects with various departments, guide cross-functional budgeting processes and financial metrics, coordinate the Budget Forecast and Master Plan to drive cost reduction initiatives, and present critical financial data to Plant Management.
- Rotate across departments and locations for cross-functional mastery; work with mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators to accelerate development.
- Leverage Bosch Business Process System (BPS) knowledge and contribute to cost optimization and financial reporting for the organization. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Language: Intermediate English (professional speaking and writing proficiency).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for high-level management forums and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Nice to Have
