About Prep Academy Tutors
We are a private, in-home tutoring company that builds flexible, personalized tutoring programs for every student we work with. Our tutors cover all subject areas, and our students range from age four to twenty. We hire only the best: certified teachers, or those in the process of completing their degree in Education, and we pay much higher wages than the industry average.
What You Will Do
- Support students academically, drawing on your expertise and your knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
- Give students supplemental assignments that promote a greater understanding of the material.
- Offer both remedial and enrichment support.
- Keep parents or guardians informed through regular conversations about student progress.

Requirements
To qualify, you must meet at least one of these criteria:
- You hold registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
- You are qualified to teach in a Canadian province or territory outside of Ontario.
- You are qualified to teach in the United States.
- You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
- You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited Canadian university or college.
