Prep Academy Tutors is a private, in-home tutoring company. We provide flexible and personalized tutoring programs, specialize in all subject areas, and teach students from age four to twenty. Only the best join our team: certified teachers, or those in the process of completing their degree in Education. We pay much higher wages than the industry average.
Applicant Criteria
To be considered, you need to meet at least one of the following:
- You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a bachelor of education.
- You hold a registration in good standing with the Georgia Department of Education.
- You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited United States or Canadian university or college.
- You are qualified to teach in the United States.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide academic support based on your expertise and knowledge of the Georgia curriculum
- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress
- Provide remedial and enrichment support
- Provide supplemental assignments that promote a greater understanding of the material
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for teachers or soon-to-be teachers who are energetic and enthusiastic, have experience teaching, are committed to providing excellent customer service, enjoy working with students and families, and have great communication skills.
