Description

The Academic Evaluator is responsible for the accurate and timely evaluation, processing, and posting of undergraduate and graduate transfer credit. This includes, but is not limited to, the assessment of domestic and international transcripts, standardized exam credit (AP, IB, CLEP, DSST), dual enrollment coursework, and transient requests. The position plays a key role in maintaining academic integrity, supporting student success, and ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies.

Job Duties

Evaluate and process incoming academic records to determine transferability and applicability of coursework toward university degree requirements.

Maintain and update transfer credit equivalency tables in collaboration with academic departments and faculty reviewers.
