Job title: Academic Advising and ASC Front Desk (Work Study or Student Assistant)
About the Role This position provides support to the Academic Success Center and Academic Advising by assisting professional staff and students. It helps maintain front desk operations, complete daily tasks, and support events and registration days.
What You'll Do
- Run errands on campus.
- Pick up and deliver mail.
- Data entry.
- Restock supplies.
- Answer telephones.
- Greet guests.
- Complete special projects assigned by staff.
- Proctor tests.
- Assist with registration days.
- Cover the front desk as needed.
- Schedule appointments.
- Organize materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by staff.
