About the Role The A/C Absorption & Refrigeration Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and implementing preventive maintenance for the air conditioning and refrigeration program at the CUMC Campus. This role ensures reliable climate control through hands-on mechanical work and adherence to safety policies. What You'll Do
- Maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across CUMC facilities.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and troubleshoot systems.
- Work with environmental boxes and Harris boxes with humidification.
- Repair supplementary A/C equipment such as compressors, fans, motors, pumps, and condensing units.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
- Follow applicable department safety policies.
