Aufgaben Abteilungsleitung Koordination und Unterstützung der internen Schnittstellen bezüglich Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualität Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung aller Konstruktionskapazitäten Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktsortiments Definieren von Konstruktionsstandards Fachliche Kontrolle und Freigabe aller Konstruktionsarbeiten
Hintergrund Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Maschinenbautechniker/in HF oder Maschineningenieur/in FH Mehrjährige fundierte Führungserfahrung Deutsch fliessend und Englisch B2-Level Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (Solid-Works) sowie fundierte PLM-Erfahrung Erfahrung mit Lean Management von Vorteil
